CPAP Supplies and Replacement Parts We Carry

Every part on this page is a consumable. Cushions soften and lose their seal, filters clog, tubing cracks at the cuffs, and humidifier chambers cloud over with mineral scale. Replacing them on time is what keeps a machine you bought years ago working like it did on the first night.

No prescription is required for any CPAP supply in Canada. Tubing, filters, humidifier chambers, mask cushions, headgear and elbows all ship without one; the prescription rule applies to machines only. Orders over $150 ship free anywhere in Canada, and most of what is listed below is small enough that a single reorder of filters, tubing and a cushion clears that mark.

The parts are grouped by how often customers reorder them, most frequent first.

Heated and Standard Tubing

Heated tubing keeps the air warm from the machine to the mask so moisture does not condense inside the hose. It is model-specific: the ResMed ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing fits the AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11, and the ResMed ClimateLineAir for the AirSense 10 fits the 10 series. Standard unheated tubing works across brands; the Philips Respironics Standard 6ft CPAP Tubing connects to any machine and mask with a 22 mm cuff.

Humidifier Water Chambers

A chamber that has turned white or chalky inside is past due. Browse all CPAP Humidifiers & Chambers, or go straight to the ResMed AirSense 11 Humidifier Chamber, the AirSense 11 Cleanable Chamber for people who want a dishwasher-safe option, or the Fisher & Paykel HC234 Chamber for F&P machines.

Disposable and Reusable Filters

The filter is the cheapest part on this page and the one that protects the motor. Start at CPAP Filters to match your machine, or pick up the ResMed AirSense 11 Standard Filters (5-Pack) or the Philips Respironics DreamStation 2 Ultra-Fine Filters (6-Pack) for the two most common machines we sell.

Mask Cushions, Headgear and Elbows

Cushions and pillows are replaced much more often than the mask itself, and a fresh cushion on an old frame usually fixes a leak that looks like it needs a whole new mask. Parts are sorted by mask style so the fit matches: all CPAP Mask Parts, Full Face Mask Parts, Nasal Mask Parts and Pillow Mask Parts. Your mask model is printed on the frame or stitched into the headgear; have it handy before you order.

Travel and Cleaning Supplies

AirMini users replace the waterless humidifier insert on a schedule like any other consumable; the ResMed HumidX Plus (AirMini 6-Pack) is the higher-humidity version. Wipes, tubing brushes and CPAP-safe soap are in CPAP Cleaning Supplies. Daily cleaning extends the life of every other part on this page, but it does not replace the schedule below.

Standard CPAP Supply Replacement Schedule

These are the intervals manufacturers and most Canadian extended health plans use. Replace sooner if a part shows wear.

Supply Replace every Signs it is due
Mask cushion or nasal pillows 1 to 3 months Leaks that adjusting the straps no longer fixes, a cushion that feels tacky or stiff
Disposable filter 1 to 3 months Visible grey or dust, sooner in a home with pets or during wildfire smoke
Headgear 6 months Straps need to be tightened further than they used to
Humidifier water chamber 6 to 12 months White scale, clouding, or pitting that does not clean off
CPAP tubing 6 to 12 months Cracks at the cuffs, a hose that no longer holds its shape, persistent odour

Frequently Asked Questions About CPAP Supplies in Canada

Do I need a prescription to buy CPAP supplies or replacement parts in Canada?

No. In Canada the prescription requirement applies to complete CPAP, APAP and BiPAP machines. Masks, cushions, headgear, tubing, filters and humidifier water chambers ship without one. Order any part on this page and it goes out with no paperwork.

Are CPAP replacement supplies covered by insurance in Canada?

Most extended health plans cover replacement masks, cushions, tubing, filters and chambers, usually on a set schedule and up to an annual maximum. Ontario’s Assistive Devices Program funds the machine but not supplies, so Ontario residents claim supplies through their private plan. Our insurance quote request prepares an itemized quote for your insurer, and the CPAP insurance coverage guide explains what each province and plan type pays.

Will AirSense 10 tubing and filters fit an AirSense 11?

Heated tubing, filters and chambers do not cross over. The AirSense 11 uses ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing, its own filter size and its own humidifier chamber, none of which fit the AirSense 10, and the reverse is also true. Standard unheated tubing with a 22 mm cuff is the one part that works on both machines. Check the model name on the machine before ordering heated tubing, filters or a chamber.

How often should I replace my CPAP filter, tubing, and mask cushion?

Disposable filters every 1 to 3 months, mask cushions and pillows every 1 to 3 months, and tubing every 6 to 12 months. Headgear and humidifier chambers run on a 6 month and 6 to 12 month cycle respectively. Replace any part sooner if it looks worn, leaks, or smells; the full schedule is in the table above.

How does free shipping work on CPAP supplies?

Orders over $150 after discounts ship free to every Canadian province and territory. Under $150, standard shipping is $19 and remote-area shipping is $25. Supplies are inexpensive on their own, so most customers order filters, tubing and a cushion together, which lands over $150 and ships free.
