Our shipping policy explains what shipping costs across Canada, including the differences by province and territory, and how long delivery takes. CPAPSupply.ca ships to every province and territory from our warehouse in Ontario. We do not ship outside Canada.
Free shipping
Orders of $150 or more ship free anywhere in Canada. The $150 is calculated on your order subtotal after any discount codes and before taxes.
Shipping rates for orders under $150
- Most of Canada: $19 flat rate
- Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland and Labrador: $25 flat rate
- Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands (including Victoria, Nanaimo, Salt Spring, Galiano, Mayne, Pender, Saturna, Port Hardy and Port McNeill): $25 flat rate
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your postal code.
Processing and delivery times
In-stock orders placed before 10:00 AM Eastern on a business day ship the same day; orders placed after 10:00 AM ship the next business day. Typical delivery is 2–7 business days depending on your location; remote and northern addresses can take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Prescription items
CPAP machines require a valid prescription. Orders that need one are held until we’ve received it, so send it along when you order to avoid delays.
