The Philips Respironics DreamStation Heated Tubing (6 ft) for DreamStation is heated tubing designed for the original DreamStation series. It connects to the DreamStation Heated Humidifier and can be set to one of five heat settings or turned off, so humidified air stays warm as it travels from the humidifier to your mask.

Compatible machines

This heated tube is built for the original DreamStation series only. It is not compatible with the DreamStation 2, the DreamStation Go, or any non-DreamStation Philips Respironics device.

How the heated tube works

When it is connected to the DreamStation humidifier, the tube warms the humidified air as it moves through the hose, which helps keep that moisture from cooling and settling as condensation in the tubing. You can also connect the heated tube directly to the machine when the humidifier is not in use, though it will not heat in that setup.

Frequently asked questions

Which machines does this heated tube work with?
This heated tube fits the original Philips Respironics DreamStation series, including the DreamStation Pro, DreamStation Auto, DreamStation Expert, and DreamStation BiPAP models. It does not fit the DreamStation 2 or the DreamStation Go, which both use different tubing. If you are not sure which DreamStation you own, our Canadian team can help you confirm before you order.
Do I need the DreamStation Heated Humidifier to use this tube?
The tube is made to work with the DreamStation Heated Humidifier, which is where the heating function comes from. You can connect it directly to the machine without the humidifier, but it will not heat in that setup. For warmed, humidified air all the way to your mask, you will need the humidifier in place.
What size is the tubing?
It is a 6 ft (1.83 m) tube with a 15 mm inner diameter. The 15 mm heated design is the correct fit for the original DreamStation series.
How many heat settings does it have?
The heated tube offers five heat settings, plus an off position. When it is connected to the DreamStation humidifier, you can choose the level that keeps you comfortable, or turn the heat off while still using the tube.
Do I need a prescription to order replacement tubing?
No. A prescription is not required for replacement CPAP tubing in Canada. A prescription is only needed for the CPAP machine itself, not for accessories like tubing, filters, or humidifier chambers.
