The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is an auto-adjusting CPAP machine, often called an APAP. Its AutoSet algorithm responds breath by breath and adjusts your pressure through the night and across seasons, aiming for the lowest comfortable pressure that keeps your airway open. For many people starting therapy or replacing a machine, it is a quiet, straightforward option to live with.

What this package includes

This package is the configuration with the built-in HumidAir humidifier, heated tubing, and a built-in cellular modem, so therapy data uploads on its own and your clinician can follow your progress without extra steps.

CPAP Video & FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a prescription to buy the AirSense 10 AutoSet?

Yes. CPAP and APAP machines are prescription devices in Canada. You will need a valid prescription with your pressure settings, and we set the machine to your prescription before shipping.

What is the difference between APAP and CPAP on this machine?

In AutoSet (APAP) mode the machine adjusts pressure automatically within your prescribed range. It can also run in fixed CPAP mode if your clinician prefers, so one device covers both approaches.

What is the pressure range?

The AirSense 10 AutoSet operates between 4 and 20 cm H2O. Your clinician sets the range that matches your prescription.

Does this model send data automatically?

Yes. This configuration has a built-in cellular modem, so nightly therapy data uploads on its own for you and your clinician to review. No phone or Wi-Fi setup is required for the cellular upload.

Is it quiet enough for a bed partner?

It runs at about 26.6 dBA, which most people find quiet. The heated tubing and humidifier also reduce dryness that can interrupt sleep.
