Check the voltage of your destination. You may need a plug adapter for your machine.
Go ahead and pack spare parts to your equipment. Unfortunately, CPAPsupply.ca cannot ship to most destinations around the world.

Jeremy was very quick to process the order and get it shipped out via Expedited Mail with Canada Post ( I believe it went to Canada Post on May 10). Over a week later May 19 and I had not received the shipment. I emailed Jeremy that evening to advise that it hadn't arrived. I started a service ticket with Canada Post. (The tracking showed it had arrived in my city on May 13, but on May 19 it was still showing "in transit" with an expected delivery date of May 13 !?! ) It finally did arrive on May 22 and Canada Post emailed to advise delivery completed and the service ticket would be closed. I realize that delivery is beyond the scope of the supplier/shipper, but I still have never heard back from Jeremy to even acknowledge my email about the "missing" item or even now to see if it finally arrived. Yes, the item is correct and the price was very good but not very thorough follow through with a first time customer.

Jeremy was very pleasant and helpful when placing my order, which was shipped the following day. I am sure my benefits provider is much happier with this pricing as opposed to what had been submitted previously! A little blip with Canada Post and delivery times, which I expected due to the current situation. Glad I found Jeremy to deal with for my new CPAP machine and equipment. My wife has training in retail and has shared some of the general principles. One principle is a 3 side triangle regarding sales. The three sides of the triangle being ....Quality - Service - Price. The theory is that only 2 can exist, and one will be missing. Jeremy totally defied this sales principle. He has, ALL THREE ! Awesome ! I reached out to many other service providers, and online folks competing with Jeremy. Very friendly and fast reply to an order. What I like most of all is not having to give my credit card number.. They trust me . When the order arrives a special envelope is included .I return a cheque with the amount indicated in the special envelope and mail it back. Very nice. Also the price is so much better compared to other places. I will have to use them for more replacement products for my husbands CPAP.

I talked to Jeremy on the phone who was super knowledgeable and super chill. I explained how I needed a new cpap and how the local sleep places in B.C. charge 1700- 2700+ for cpap machines. Without extra medical what does a person do. He had models that were the same as the ones here and more. Jeremy walked me through the models and masks. The model was even on sale. I got it sent to my house in 4 business days. I opened it up. Beautiful padded carrying case as i take it everywhere. Heated hose, humidifier, extra filters and mask of my choice for almost a third of the price here. You saved me. I sleep so good now. Thanks my bro and Dad will get theirs with you next time they need a machine.

As long as you have your prescription you can get your new CPAP machine from them, CPAPSupply was half the price the sleep place wanted to charge me for the exact same machine. After having traveled and experiencing many difficulties with my cumbersome CAPA machine, I decided that if I was going to travel again I needed something smaller and easier to manage on the plane and in the airports. I tried to purchase the Res Med Air Mini Portable Travel machine equipment in my community but did experience difficulty in acquiring information and in getting the product in time before my departure south. After doing some research on the various CPAP machines I found and contacted CPAP Supply. I reached Jeremy at CPCP Supply who was really very helpful in assisting and guiding me through all my questions that needed clarification on several items pertaining to the Air Mimi Travel / Portable Machine.
