Meet Our Founder
Jeremy Mank founded CPAP Supply in 2013 after working in the medical device industry since 2010, including CPAP equipment at Home Lifecare Services and surgical implant sales. He saw firsthand how patients struggled to navigate medical equipment purchases and insurance processes.
He recognized that many Canadians with sleep apnea were underserved by traditional retailers: limited hours, restricted product selection, inadequate insurance guidance. So he built CPAP Supply to solve those problems with convenient online access, comprehensive product selection, and expert support to navigate insurance and equipment choices.
Sleep apnea is treatable. Canadians shouldn’t have to fight for access to equipment that helps them sleep better and live healthier.
Today, Jeremy personally oversees every aspect of the business, from equipment sourcing to customer consultations, ensuring every patient receives the same level of care and attention he’d want for his own family.

Do I need a prescription?
Yes, CPAP machines require a valid Canadian prescription. Masks and accessories don’t. We’ll verify your prescription before shipping machines.
How does Ontario ADP coverage work?
If you’re eligible for Ontario’s Assistive Devices Program, ADP covers 75% of the approved cost of your CPAP equipment and you pay the remaining 25%. We partner with an ADP-authorized vendor and will guide you through each step.
What if my mask doesn’t fit properly?
That’s exactly why we offer a 20-day mask exchange guarantee. Try the mask at home for up to 20 days. If it’s not working, exchange it for another style, no hassle.
